Our Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our friendly team as an Administration Assistant based within the North Lincolnshire area. The team is responsible for the provision of an efficient and comprehensive administrative service for the Children’s Care Group.

Applicants should have the ability to deal with people at all levels in a polite and professional manner and should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

It’s important you are able to work effectively in a fast paced office environment, handling large volumes of tasks, some of which may be challenging to deal with. You will need to be flexible and adaptable to the varying demands and changing circumstances and priorities of the services. Communication and team working are essential qualities to succeed in this role, as you will be required to liaise with a wide range of professionals and patients.

You must be effective in prioritising workloads with a flexible and patient-centered approach. You must have the proven ability to work independently using your own initiative, as well as part of a team.

This is a challenging role requiring excellent IT skills and standard software packages including Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Previous experience of NHS systems including SystmOne would be advantageous, but not essential as full comprehensive training will be given.

The requirements for this post are good IT skills, administration experience and being educated to GCSE (Grade C or above in English and Mathematics) level or hold equivalent qualifications, or have an equivalent level of experience.

There may, at times, be a need to travel between various locations, it would be an advantage if the applicant is either a car driver or able to be independently mobile.
