Our Leasehold Income Coordinators work to maximise income and minimise the level of outstanding customer debt.

Pro-actively managing a portfolio of Home Ownership schemes, you’ll provide an effective and efficient income collection service, negotiating realistic payment agreements whilst considering the individuals personal circumstances. You’ll identify cases suitablefor intervention from relevant agencies such as debt counselling services and activity monitor all repayment arrangements on a regular basis to ensure they remain in place and adhered to.

Assisting customers with service charge invoicing queries, you’ll ensure all recording systems are updated and maintained in a timely manner and process supplier invoices, issue rent refunds and set up / amend direct debits. You’ll also work closely withexternal stakeholders such as local authorities, solicitors and support agencies to maximise income for both Stonewater and for customers, and innovate and try new ways of working to promote income collection in a changing and challenging environment.
- Have experience of providing excellent customer focused services.
- Be experienced in handling sensitive information and working within data protection regulations.
- Have excellent communications skills.
- Understand housing law, particularly relating to income management.
- Understand welfare and benefits systems.
- Be able to interpret financial information.
- Be able to identify safeguarding issues and use appropriate reporting mechanisms.
