**Job Summary**:
Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, wines, mixology, bar stock control, beverage ordering, food (as some foods are displayed in the bar counter) and excellent communication skills

**_What you’ll be doing: _**

Meet and greet lounge customers and offer them the highest level of hospitality during their visit to the lounge

Maintaining the opening and closing of the bar for each shift.

Making coffees/beverages, cocktails, and mixed drinks.

Maintaining the coffee machines.

Knowledge of food product offered in the Lounge; and

Maintaining bar stock control documentation

Cleaning up the entire bar area including floor, counters, and cupboards
