We are currently looking for a passionate Bartender – Lounge Bar, to join our Food and Beverage department on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences, where we care about careers and not just jobs.

As a Bartender – Lounge Bar, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

  • To adhere to the hours of work/shift system. To be punctual and to arrive at the outlet at the appropriate time (5 min before the beginning of the shift).

  • To ensure the uniforms provided are kept clean, in good condition and that it is presentable, ensuring that personal appearance and hygiene standards are met and demonstrate a professional image for guests.

  • Deal with assigned projects and duties managing time in an efficient way.

  • Welcomes guests as they enter the outlets (the "arrival experience") with a smile and a clear Good morning/evening/afternoon.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
