**Executive Assistant | Minworth | Permanent | Up to £32k** Our client is one of the UK’s leading wholesalers. They operate B2B supplying fabulous products, as well as seasonal Items. The role is based on the outskirts of Sutton Coldfield and is ideal for those looking to gain experience working at the top of a busy SME. As an Executive Assistant, you will learn core concepts and skills across many business areas - including Sales, Marketing,Operations, Importing and People Management. - Is a "self-starter", able to act on initiative and prioritise workloads effectively - often with the need to change priorities as tasks arise. - Is technically apt, with expertise in the MS365 Office Suite (in particular Excel, Word and Outlook) - Is confident and capable of delivering key messages to staff across the business. - Is comfortable working with a wide variety of individuals, both face to face and remotely. - Is highly organised, able to bring organisation and structure to unstructured problems. - Can be trusted to handle sensitive company information professionally and confidentially. - Is enthusiastic, motivated and driven to find new ways to solve problems and simplify the business. - Has relevant workplace experience in all or part of the responsibilities outlined below. **Responsibilities**: - Gathering and collating data from across the business and presenting it in actionable ways to senior leadership - including performance KPIs from all departments, marketing and customer data. Comfortable working with and drawing conclusions from data andpresenting it in a digestible format. - Attending meetings & calls with Senior Leadership across the business - taking notes and monitoring actions to ensure they are completed in a timely manner. - Liaising with third party stakeholders, including insurers, fleet management companies, suppliers and legal firms to ensure value for money and the best possible service. - Handling facilities enquiries, taking initiative to resolve problems quickly and cost-effectively. - Day to day management of their extensive Showrooms, ensuring customer experience is put first, and that sales people are easily able to work with all products. - Management of Health & Safety records and facilitating the completion of tasks to ensure a safe working environment. - Inputting of working hours in time for monthly payroll submissions. - Record keeping across all business areas - ensuring paperwork and information is easily accessible and kept organised. Able to support the business to transition to digital record keeping where needed. - Able to assist with basic HR enquiries and where necessary, refer them to their Third Party HR provider and follow through to resolution. - Able to assist in the development and delivery of business change. - Able to work digitally and support others in doing the same. - Office keyholder responsibility following successful completion of probationary period. **We Offer: - ** - A fun, friendly yet focused business environment. - An experienced and supportive leadership team. - Support and training across all tasks during on-boarding. - Exciting opportunities as the business continues to grow and develop. **Salary and Benefits** - FTE £30-32k per annum, based on experience. - Product discount on wholesale prices - 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays, rising to 22 with 2 years’ service and 24 with 5 years’ service. - Holiday purchase scheme for up to an additional 5 days. - Birthday Bonus payable after 1 year’s service. - Free parking on-site.
