I am looking for a proactive and forward thinking IT professional to join a market leading company on a permanent basis. **Role Responsibilities**:
**Managing the service desk, supporting both internal and external customers across different sites
**Be the first point of contact to help & assist the service desk team
**Provide BAU Support & Implement and lead projects, Training and mentoring the service desk team and allocating tickets/works to match their expertise
**Be comfortable working on an independent basis and liaising directly with users
**Work closely alongside other Senior management making suggestions throughout the business to improve processes end to end and reduce costs throughout the business
