Clinic Receptionist - Oxford
Our leading client in Oxford is looking for a Clinic Receptionist to work on a Full-time, permanent basis within their friendly and supportive team.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a friendly and pro-active UK wide company.
The salary is £20,500 per annum with an immediate start date available.
Role:
- Provide overall supervision of the clinic and reception
- Organise documentation and equipment for all Clinicians working from the clinic
- Meet and greet visitors to the clinic
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- General Administration within the Clinic
- Arrange diary bookings, sessions and report release
Essential skills:
- A minimum of 2 years Reception/ Customer Service Experience
- Previous experience of dealing with clients and customers
- Call Handling
- Time & Diary Management - must be able to manage own time
- Knowledge of Outlook and Word & Excel
