We wish to appoint Team Manager who will be responsible for the delivery of a high-quality service designed to meet the needs of the individual service users.

You will be expected to respond appropriately to medical and health concerns and lead the team of support workers to encourage independence and help people within the service live their lives to the full in accordance with the organisation’s policies andprocedures.

You will be responsible for upholding the companies’ policies, quality procedures and governing body guidelines whilst mentoring all our staff teams to do the same. The Service supports individuals with learning disabilities and health needs, 24 hours aday 365 days a year.

You will work as part of an innovative team supporting all our support staff in continuing to offer a high-quality service across all the locations where we currently provide support in the Liverpool area.

**About Us**

Liverpool Adult Services currently has 9 properties across Liverpool which consist of several types of accommodation, including shared houses with own bedrooms and communal spaces and single accommodation flats with own facilities in shared building. Wecurrently provide 24-hour support with trained and experienced staff to support 41 people across the Liverpool locations

We are committed to offering a service that is truly person centred that embarks on a process of continual listening, learning, and focussing on what is important to someone, now and in the future, then acting on this with their family, friends, and anyoneelse the person wants to involve.

Our aim is to continually support and encourage each person to make informed choices on how they wish to live their lives and to live as independently as possible thorough our key working system

We build on individuals’ abilities in a way that gives encouragement, self-confidence and enhances life skills. Ensuring people have good days, is an important principle of the person-centred planning which informs the way we support each unique individual.
