We’re looking for a **talented and enthusiastic Junior Web Designer** to join our dynamic Marketing Team. This is a brilliant opportunity for recent graduate or someone at the start of their design career who’s keen to learn, grow, and make a real impact all while working at one of the best public schools in the area, known for its vibrant community and forward-thinking approach.

As Junior Designer, you’ll help shape how our school communicates with students, staff, parents, and the wider community. From striking digital content to beautifully crafted print materials, your work will bring our values and stories to life.

You’ll collaborate with a wide range of colleagues across the school - including teachers, support staff, and senior leadership - to develop fresh, engaging designs that celebrate our achievements and enhance our brand.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Creating print-ready artwork for brochures, posters, signage, and event materials
- Developing branded templates and ensuring consistent visual identity across platforms
- Offering creative input and hands-on design support across departments
- Maintaining tidy, accessible design files, templates, and asset libraries
- Keeping an eye on design trends and continuously sharpening your skills

**What We’re Looking For**
- A portfolio that shows off your creative flair and design ability (student work, personal projects, and freelance all welcome)
- Solid skills in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and familiarity with Canva
- A good eye for layout, typography, and attention to detail
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
- Bonus points for video editing, motion graphics, or basic WordPress knowledge
- Most importantly - a genuine passion for design and storytelling
