**Here's what we NEED from you**:

- Solid background in research principles and understanding of qualitative research
- Excellent understanding of User Experience Design and design principles, UX heuristics
- 2+ years of UX Research, including experience with moderated usability testing (remote and in-person), unmoderated usability testing, tree testing, card sorting, and first click tests
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with experience of client management and developing client presentations
- Proven experience with developing and running a research process or experience with Design or Research Operations
- Demonstrated ability of leading projects from conception to completion
- Experience working with distributed teams and with Agile, cross-functional development teams

**Here's what we'd love for you to have, the icing on the cake**:

- Experience with tracking research impact and ensuring findings have been implemented among several Agile teams
- Experience in the automotive industry

**Here's what you’ll be doing**:
**Hands-on UX Research Projects (50% Capacity)**
- Run and prioritise qualitative small to medium discovery projects to the App aligned to the Product Strategy
- Run and coordinate a “rolling research” programme of usability testing across development teams
- Coordinate research requests and help to support Designers to run their own research (as and when needed)

**Set-up Research Process (30% Capacity)**
- In collaboration with Lead Product Researcher, execute a process to ensure research is included in delivery plans and timelines
- Develop a process for research requests from 9 development teams
- Ensure research recommendations are implemented by product teams and adhere to the research framework
- Track research impact across the development and design teams

**R**esearch Operations (20% Capacity)**
- Support the development of a research repository and UX research backlog
- Ensure research tools are being used within budget constraints
