**Administrator - **Bereavement Verification

On behalf of Nationwide, AMS are seeking an Administrator for a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension or permanency working remotely or hybrid in the Swindon, Nationwide House office.

The role is based in our Bereavement Verifications team at Nationwide Building Society.

Our training scheme is one-to
- one and successful applicants will go through a route to competency on one of our entry level processes.

**Administrator
- Bereavement Verification**

**£10.90 per hour - £ 19,838 per year**

**35 Hours Per Week**

**Monday to Friday**
**9am to 5pm**

**Hybrid Working Schedule with a minimum of a visit to office once a quarter**

**Nationwide will provide equipment to enable remote working i.e., laptop, mouse, keyboard, monitor, etc.**

**No annual leave during first 5 weeks**

**Immediate start date available (pre-engagement vetting dependent)**

Primarily a **6-month** contract with **potential for extension.**

**What you'll do**:
As part of our Bereavement verifications team, you will be processing customer requests and verification requests. Duties would be as follows:
Follow standard processes and procedures, adhering to company policy

Ensure that all documentation provided is correct and further action/quality checking/record-keeping are accurate and up to date

Use of legal documentation and comparison of documentation for data accuracy/ quality checking

Register personal representatives verification and complete customer requests

Always providing excellent customer service by being pro-active

Work towards maintaining high performance with a combination of productivity and quality

Investigate complex queries, issues and escalating these appropriately

Work well within a department to complete multiple requests

Attention to detail and data accuracy is essential

Make outbound calls to personal representative to confirm verification
