I am working with a fantastic organisation located in Preston who are looking for a HR Officer to join their HR team to cover a maternity leave - this role would suit someone who is looking for the next step in their HR career or someone who has a good couple of years within an Officer role.

- Providing advice and support on all people related matters as a key point of contact.
- To play an active role in the monitoring, reporting and analysis of key data.
- Responding to queries and case management, being responsible for personal time management and allocating time correctly.
- Working cooperatively with the HR Manager, escalating queries as and when required.
- Maintaining and promoting relationships with the wider people, support colleagues and teams.
- Participating in performance management and sickness management meetings.
- Supporting ad-hoc project work as and when required.
- Working knowledge of Employment Law.
- Ensuring induction and onboarding is carried out correctly and in line with company policy.
- All areas of HR administration.
- Recruitment and selection.
