As part of your role as a Bookkeeping & Outsourcing Senior you will work closely with clients to prepare their records both on site and in the office, preparing and reviewing VAT returns and monthly and annual management accounts. As well as providing support to your clients from a bookkeeping perspective, you will also be communicating with HMRC and really gaining a full insight into the world of accountancy and systems.

In terms of qualifications, we want to ensure we are offering the best service to our customers and the same goes for our people. As a Senior, you will be ACA or ACCA qualified. Post qualification, your journey will continue via mentorship by the senior management team to provide soft skills development such as more effective client management and also steps towards staff management. Mentorship and coaching will continue to support you as your journey continues beyond formal qualifications.
