**We are hiring an Onboarding Team Leader. Home working with monthly **office attendance in the Midlands and ad hoc on-site meetings. S**alary £**25,690.03 to £28,087.95 or £28,336.13 to £30,734.05 London weighting.**

**Do you look to improve processes, systems and ways of working?**

We are seeking an experienced Onboarding Team Leader (reporting directly into the Head of Resourcing) who can manage a team of Onboarding Administrators ensuring that the new employee experience is engaging, effective, seamless, and compliant. You will also have the opportunity to review how we do things with the aim of helping us to enhance our approaches.

You will support the Head of Resourcing to raise operational awareness within the team by building understanding, highlighting expectations on how to support the charity and ensure communication is open and keeps managers and new starters updated.

Maintaining a fully compliant new starter procedure in line with regulatory requirements will be a key focus of the role. Ensuring all processes are followed for obtaining and checking right to work, references and DBS (where applicable) for all new starters.

You will personally manage the onboarding of senior hires and freelancers, utilising previous experience of IR35 regulations to support managers with the required documentation.
