About The Role
This role is accountable for ensuring the day to day running and organisation of our Smart Places business stream from a programme coordinator perspective and office assistant in Sunderland.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide administration support to the Sunderland team in a timely manner. This includes correspondence, files and work requests, diary management activities.
- Manage invoices, expense claims and purchase orders in conjunction with the Finance Team in London
- Support day-to-day office operations
- Order and manage inventory and cost of office supplies against budget
- Prepare meeting rooms for training and meetings, organise luncheons, breakfast and dinner meetings for the team and clients
- Welcome and sign visitors in/out ensuring security protocols are adhered to
- Support marketing activities that increase brand awareness and assist in generating leads for business development
- Support global branding guidelines, best practice and marketing initiatives
- Support special events activities where required.

What You’ll Bring
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload
- Ability to use own initiative and work independently
- Ability to liaise with customers, suppliers and the team
- Eager to learn and develop over time
- Knowledge of office IT systems - MS Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint and Outlook)
