Due to expansion, our client is currently looking to recruit a Finance Administrator to join a small team of three.

Reporting into the Finance Director, in this role you will assist with:
Monitoring the accounts inbox
Opening incoming/send outgoing post
Credit Control, including account chasing, query sorting
Issuing of monthly customer statements and debtors letters
Daily posting of receipts
Admin related to customer files including entering contract data onto all electronic systems
Scanning customer file information and filing
Collection of meter readings in preparation for month end invoicing
Dealing with ad-hoc requests arising from Contracts and raising invoices where necessary
Set up of new Direct Debit instructions, including the issuing of Advance Notification letters
Prepare meterage reports for sales team upon request
Ordering office stationery and Amazon orders
Answering the front door, escorting guests to meeting rooms and providing refreshments

Excellent written and verbal English language skills
Strong administrative skills
A methodical and organised approach to work
A good working knowledge of how to navigate systems and reporting - including excel
The ability to analyse and solve problems
Attention to detail and be process-driven
Bookkeeping and Quick Books experience is an advantage
Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure
Own transport will be beneficial

Full time 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday
