**The Opportunity**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure the smooth running and development of key client accounts on a day to day basis
- Develop, maintain and cultivate constructive and professional relationships with both clients and insurers at all levels
- Be the first point of contact for day to day enquiries from clients, insurers and other internal and external sources
- Independently respond to queries from both clients and insurers in a pro-active manner
- Maintain client records and data in line with company systems and protocols
- Provide a proactive professional telephone handling service for both internal & external contacts, including clients, insurance providers and colleagues.

To be considered, you must have prior commercial insurance experience, ideally with construction familiarity and you will be an experienced executive with a significant track record of success.

Experience with Acturis is advantageous but not essential.

Above all, you must be motivated, passionate, and eager to succeed with the ability to work as part of a small, busy and hardworking team.

**What’s needed to be considered?**

Previous experience in a commercial insurance role as an Account Executive

Strong customer service and organisational skills

Industry recognised qualifications advantageous (but not essential)

**Salary**: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
