**The Role**

We are recruiting for an experienced and people focused HR Business Partner. This is an excellent opportunity to drive forward the people plan as a strategic partner. To provide a specialist consultative service to our colleagues through modern and forwardthinking initiatives to ensure we remain fit for the future.

Our HR Business Partner will report directly into Head of People and join a talented People team who are focused on driving excellence through people and culture change supported by our Amazing Employer Brand.

**Key Responsibilities (not limited to)**
- Lead on our Reward & Benefits proposition, including third party management and pay and bonus schemes
- Drive strategic colleague engagement initiatives to support our Amazing employer Brand strategic goal
- Support the wider team with day to day HR solutions
- Produce data and recommendations for key people trends such as Gender Pay Gap, Hybrid working and Future of Work

**About You**
- Passionate about people and building connections you can be proud of
- Strong background in HR, ideally CIPD qualified
- Analytical and data led with intermediate Excel knowledge
- Inspirational leadership qualities
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
- Respectful and kind; the way we treat each other sets the tone for how we treat our customers
