**Front of House Senior Host**

Location: Thorpe Park, KT16 8PN

Hours: Fully Flexible

Contract Type: Seasonal, until November 2025

To assist the Front of House Team Leaders to always ensure a professional operation of the department. Act as a role model for seasonal hosts, driving standards and assisting with on-the-spot coaching when required. Carry out ‘Car Park 1’ shifts - managing that division and reporting to Alpha 1 respectively. Deal with guest complaints as first point of contact. Assist Team Leaders with cashing out of vouchers. Carry out ‘Welcome 1’ Shift
- covering Business Reception and Wardrobe.

Qualifications & Experience:
In this role duties are, but not limited to:

- To ensure that the experience provided to all Guests is of a high standard, always with the Guest Obsessed philosophy in mind.
- To support the team leader team, by being aware of the surrounding operation and providing help where possible around the requirement for you to be on a till yourself.
- To support the Front of House team in achieving sales targets.
- Assisting Team Leaders in welcoming and observing new starters to the team to ensure they are confident in their role.
- Help to maintain a high level of customer service by promoting and displaying the agreed departmental standards to all.
- Maintain a high level of presentation standards in all areas, both guest facing and back of house.
- Awareness of cash handling procedures and correct trading practice, including cashing out of tills. always Complying with cash handling procedures.
