Are you ready to take the next step in your finance career? We're looking for a passionate and proactive **GNFR (Goods Not for Resale) Team Lead** to support and develop a high-performing Accounts Payable team. You'll play a key role in ensuring suppliers are paid accurately and on time, while continuously improving processes and supporting wider finance transformation initiatives.

**The Role**

**The Purpose of the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Senior and Junior Payables Analysts, ensuring high performance and engagement.
- Oversee timely and accurate payment processing, including weekly payment runs and month-end close activities.
- Be the go-to contact for internal teams and suppliers, resolving queries and driving service excellence.
- Support the Accounts Payable Manager with projects, systems improvements, and holiday cover.
- Monitor and drive KPIs, ensuring SLA targets are met and audit requirements are delivered.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Ensure compliance with finance policies and support cross-functional collaboration across Procurement, Operations, and Finance.

**Location**:
This role is based in Nuneaton, and may be occasionally required to travel to our London Hub or to any other location of H&B. We support flexibility and productivity of our employees by hybrid working arrangements with minimum 2 days presence in the office

**The Person**

**Key Requirements**:

- Extensive experience in Accounts Payable, ideally within a retail environment.
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for people development.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- A proactive, organised, and detail-driven approach.
- Currently studying towards an accountancy qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA).
