**The Role**

Our Derby Branch service the Rail and Rolling Stock sector and supply in excess of 1750 contract workers each day to a client base across the UK and Europe.

Part of our service offering includes operating as the Sole Supplier to a number of leading engineering companies within Rolling Stock; this requires Shorterm to be responsible for all recruitment of contractors across the UK.

Due to a significant increase in the order book from our clients in the Derby Branch we are now seeking to strengthen the team.

To start with you will have the benefit of working within an established team and client base to build your business.

This will then provide the platform to develop a career either into account management or new business sales.

**Salary**

£21k - £25k (dependant on experience) + bonus, year 1 OTE £35k.

We will consider all backgrounds and levels of experience within the recruitment industry.

Further you must be able to evidence strong transferable skills from your previous experience in the areas of resourcing, account management, communication, time management and planning.
