**Proactive Personnel Limited** are looking to recruit an Experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our established office based out of our Derby branch. We are a privately owned company established in 1999 that employ over 100 staff and deliver exceptional recruitment service to our clients.

**As a Recruiter you will**:

- Generate business through outbound sales and business development; you will be a natural people’s person with a flair for developing and maintaining excellent relationships.
- Able to work in a busy and demanding office environment
- Supply professional drivers into clients across the region
- Manage client accounts daily
- Hold client meetings face to face - full driving license **ESSENTIAL**:

- **Previous SALES or RECRUITMENT INDUSTRY experience ESSENTIAL**

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year plus commission plus benefits
