The post on offer**:Role**:Social Care support officer
**Location: Central Lancashire - **Royal Preston Hospital, County Hall and Chorley hospital base
**Service: Adult social care - **hospital discharge policy
**Contract Type**:Permanent The post on offer is a Permanent contract based on a part time pattern Weds-Fri and Saturday morning.
**Contract Hours**:26.6 hours
**Salary**:£24,054 - £27,852 per rota

Social Work applicants must be registered with Social Work England (SWE) to be appointed as a Social Worker or have applied to register with SWE.
Occupational Therapist applicants must be registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC) to be appointed as an Occupational Therapist or have applied to register with the HCPC.
You will be required to provide a car for use in connection with the duties of this post and must be insured for business use. However, we may consider you if you cannot drive because of a disability.
