Reporting to the Head of Brand & Used Retail Marketing, you will have full responsibility of the marketing delivery for the vehicle Leasing part of the business. You’ll achieve this by working closely with the Vehicle Leasing Operations Leader and centralised marketing teams, where you will develop, communicate, and execute marketing activity to drive sales opportunities.

This is a Hybrid role, based at our Head Office which has recently undergone a major refurbishment throughout.

**What does the role of Marketing Executive involve?**
- Working closely with the Operations Leader to maintain the offer / content sections of the website with relevant, up to date information that reflect business priorities.
- Attend monthly performance meetings and be confident in preparing data and presenting marketing activity results to senior stakeholders.
- Competently implement marketing activity campaigns across digital media including social media, paid search and Google networks -be able to report and present the campaign results from ad platforms and Google Analytics in a timely manner.
- Maintain an annual plan of marketing activity, ensuring activity is aligned to agreed marketing budgets and is not exceeded.
- Assist enquiry team with CRM management, using CRM Salesforce and Pardot systems to help facilitate direct mail and renewal customer communications.
- Establish and maintain seamless communication relations across operations and in-house central teams as necessary, including digital, studio, content, PR, social and enquiry management teams.
- Hold regular briefing meetings with in-house marketing teams as necessary, completing required briefing forms to a high standard, ensuring requirements and deadlines are fully understood by all parties.
- Work cross functionality with legal team, ensuring all marketing activity is compliant with latest guidelines and advice given.

**What do you need to succeed in the role of Marketing Executive?**
- Experienced in placing social media and google ad-words campaigns
- You must be a team player
- Strong communication skills - confident in communicating with a range of stakeholders
- Sound understanding of digital marketing landscape with a willingness to learn
- Organised with the ability to multi-task -ideally have experience of delivery multi-channel activity
- Tenacious - you will have an eye for detail and strive for excellence in campaign delivery
- Energetic, pro-active with a positive ‘can - do’ attitude approach to change
