**About CPMS**
Working throughout the UK rail network, CPMS provides a diverse range of infrastructure support services including - railway station platform construction, maintenance and refurbishment works. We also undertake bridgeworks, station roofs and canopies, Civils, M&E and HVAC services. Building maintenance and refurbishment is carried out in stations, depots, signal boxes, lineside buildings, arches, carparks and roadways. Our clients include Network Rail, Train Operating Companies, Freight Operating Companies, Heritage Railways and Light Rail.

**About the Role**
We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Administrator who takes pride in their work. As a member of our friendly hardworking team, you will enjoy flexible working practices and a competitive reward and support package.
**Role Responsibilities**
- First point of contact for all communication, both internal and external
- Managing an internal database of customer and supplier information
- Raising purchase orders
- Organising and scheduling deliveries and hire
- Arranging attendance of sub-contractors
- Completion of daily and weekly reports
- Working closely with contract managers and supervisors
- Recording financial information for multiple projects
- Filing and storing information
- General administration duties, including telephone answering, query handling and letters.
**What we are looking for**
- Previous administrative/reception experience would be advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Confident communication skills
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
