My client is a leading International Media sector business based in the Coventry area with operations across the world. The business operate in a fast paced environment and can offer an unrivalled opportunity for a German Speaking Credit Controller to jointhe team and take a leading role in managing debtors and supporting in other areas of business operations using fluent German communication skills.

**Description**

The German Speaking Credit Controller based in Coventry but with hybrid working will be responsible for:

- Extensive communication with German and English speaking customers to manage debtors effectively
- Build strong relationships with customers using excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Investigate debtors queries and disputes working with internal and external stakeholders to resolve satisfactorily
- Reduce DSO and aged debt through proactive communication with customers
- Ensure customer payments are accurately allocated to correct accounts
- Completion of reconciliations on accounts to identify and correct any mis allocations
- Review and authorise credit limits and credit terms with input from Credit Manager
- Responsible for relevant escalation of debtors due to non payment
- Visit sites to discuss and meet with customers and resolve outstanding queries
