**Partnerships Executive** **Permanent** **26,000** **Mix of home and office working** **Offices based in Central London** **Purpose of the role** You will work closely with the Senior Partnerships Manager to successfully deliver against a cohesive fundraising, engagement, and relationship management strategy for the organisation. You will be supporting the team in the retention and growth of media and corporate donations and relationships, through high levels of coordination, administrative delivery and personal relationship building. Alongside this you will be working alongside the Partnerships Team in managing a range of financial and database administrative processes across the full advertising and media landscape (across media, corporates, and regions). **Duties** - Work closely with the Senior Partnerships Manager to deliver against key fundraising and engagement strategy targets, to ensure they meet its budget forecast. - To ensure up to date database management; ensuring that all activity is inputted correctly and stored in the right way. - Support where required, the administrative media donation process including pledge forms, accurate recording, financial administration, and timely follow ups with key contacts. - To support the Partnerships Leadership Team in the management of the advocate programmes via both administration and technical support, and to bridge the gap between digital and physical events. - To provide logístical support to the Senior Partnerships Manager, including but not limited to, venue and delegate communication, tech and logístical support, financial and invoicing support as well as wider support for marketing communications around the event. - Project management and coordination. Ensuring careers and marketing are contacted regularly, and matches are made with relevant information for both mentor and mentee effectively. - Support, where required, in administering the corporate donation financial processes, including database input, updating of documentation and relevant thank you's. - To work with the Senior Partnership Manger on a project, helping to drive engagement, recruitment, and related initiatives including the Individual Giving Strategy To deliver high levels of relationship management by engaging externally with a small group of agencies and media owners, with a focus on new business, that will be the sole responsibility of the Partnerships Executive, supported by the Senior Partnerships Manager. - Support the SPM and the Head Of Finance to ensure payments and queries are flagged across the tea - This role will require travel across London and presentations to the Partnerships Executive group of agencies and media owners. - Some weekend or late evening work will be required for supporting events and during busy periods, particularly in the run up to large scale events. **Requirements**: - Ideally you will have an understanding of corporate partnerships, Corporate Social Responsibility (CRS) or the commercial sector and will have previous experience of developing cross-organisational relationships with key contacts - Strong Data Analytical skills and experience of reporting back to stakeholders - You will also have excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to deal with conflicting demands across multiple projects and partnerships.
