**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute online events, managing technical and logístical operations.
- Coordinate with trainers and delegates to ensure smooth online experience.
- Work closely with trainers to ensure all materials are prepared and uploaded to the virtual event platform.
- Familiarity with Zoom, including setup, testing, and troubleshooting during live sessions.
- On day support launching, troubleshooting and feedback on online events via Zoom.
- Create and distribute pre and post event materials.
- Respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure excellent customer journey from booking to post event.
- Track and manage customer bookings and cancellations.
- Collect data from events to support internal reporting.
- Manage online platforms to ensure event data is uploaded, relevant and up to date.
- Work alongside accounts team to ensure trainer and delegate financial operations run smoothly, tracking trainer and delegates invoices.
- Provide administrative support for all business activities and wider projects.
- Monitoring and maintaining multiple enquiries inboxes

**Requirements**:

- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communications skills, written and verbal.
- Strong customer service skills, professional and friendly.
- Familiarity with Zoom and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to use own initiative and judgement to be proactive.
- Able to work as individually and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail

Pay: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 22.5 per week
