BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR - £22,000 - £27,000

We are looking for a strong Administrator to join a well-established business based in the town centre of Wilmslow. You will be based in state of the art offices and be part of busy and vibrant team. The Administrator role is busy and you will be given the opportunity to learn more about the business and develop further.

Business Administrator Duties:

- Handling telephone enquires in a polite and professional manner
- Updating Excel spread sheets on a daily basis
- Responsible for ordering office stationery and liaison with suppliers - negotiating competitive rates
- Diary management - booking in client meetings
- Responsible for issuing documents and paperwork and chasing up accordingly
- Scanning documents
- Handling an extensive amount of confidential information
- Photocopying and filing
- Providing a comprehensive administrative support to the team
- Ad hoc duties as required

Key Skills:

- Good attention to detail
- Well organised
- Confident and articulate telephone manner
- High level of numeracy
- Ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Ability to work in a team
- Sense of humour
