**Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation**: Develop and produce engaging, high-quality content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. This includes photos, videos, graphics, and written content.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all content aligns with Ridiculously Rich by Alana’s brand voice, style, and values.
- **Campaign Development**: Collaborate with the marketing manager to develop and execute social media campaigns that support business goals, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
- **Community Engagement**: Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools. Provide regular reports on engagement, follower growth, and other key metrics, and use insights to optimize future content.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices. Incorporate new ideas and platforms into the social media strategy.
- **Influencer Collaboration**: Identify and engage with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and credibility.
- **Content Calendar Management**: Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
