As a trusted and preferred recruitment partner to this leading global provider of cloud-based solutions to the global financial sector, we have been asked to assist in the hire of one of their Area Product Managers to take business ownership of specific businessor technical areas of our customers product.
Already benefitting from a dominance in the North American finance industry, our client is expanding it is London operations to better serve the UK and EU markets. This is an exciting time to join, and you will have the option to work from predominantly fromhome or within their state-of-the-art EMEA HQ in London.
Core Requirements
*3-5 years of product ownership / directorship, working for a SaaS or enterprise software company
*Ability to effectively interface with customers and all stakeholders within the organization
*Strong technical background is required, having worked closely with the product delivery teams as well as having been heavily involved in the product stratagy.
*Strong requirement elicitation, analysis, domain modelling, use case modelling, workflow design, and documentation skills
*Strong business analysis skills
*Must have experience with cross-functional teams that include engineering, sales, and marketing staff
*Experience working in a Lean/Agile development environment is considered an asset
Role Overview: The Area Product Manager will work closely with their peers to define stand-alone and cross-cutting features and capabilities for their product area and product. You may also directly manage Technical Program Managers working on major componentsof your product area.
This position would be suitable for those who have held any of the following job titles: Product Owner, Product director, global product owner, Area Product Manager.
