The role
The focus of the Client Account Support Executive role is to deliver an efficient, high quality and responsive support service to the Strategic Account programme set up for our most important clients, adding value and maximising time for client staff to focus on engagements.
In addition to supporting and driving engagement, the CAE role supports engagement teams with the non-judgemental, administrative activities that need to be completed as part of delivering a successful client engagement.
This role would suit a sales administrator, project co-ordinator or experienced office administrator demonstrating confidence with number, analysis and budgeting.

Key skills & Experience
**Sales**
- Sales process - current opportunities identifying opportunities, leading and delivering client conversations and meetings and closing opportunities that are aligned with the business strategy.
- Proactively building stakeholder relationships.
- Client Account meeting actions - completion and progression with the clients. Turning actions into pipeline.
- Ensuring the operations of the client account is maintained and is successful (CSAT score)
- Organising client meetings with key stakeholders.
- Oversight of account progress and account scorecard.
**Administrative**
- Sales operations - utilising and managing Salesforce, processing contracts, renewals, client account administration
- Account Support - basic, administrative, customer queries (on-sell accounts)
- Account meeting - Securing, organising, internal and external meeting organisation, meeting planning and debriefing (in a timely manner)
- Finance account control - Debt
- Ad hoc event organisation and client projects.
- Account scorecard reporting
