Activate Learning are now looking for a term time Events and Schools Partnership Executive to join our Events & Engagement team, working across our Surrey colleges.

In this exciting and highly rewarding role, you will support in the organisation and running of on-campus events across our campuses in the Surrey region, allowing our courses to come to life for potential learners.

You will also build and maintain effective relationships with our local schools and stakeholders across the education landscape to ensure potential learners are aware of our comprehensive course offer. This will involve attending school assemblies, workshopsand career evening events to deliver engaging presentations and widen access to information, advice and guidance that supports learners on their next steps.

Permanent, part time role, working **35 hours per week, term time only** (0.8FTE)

**Salary**: £27,007 per annum pro rata. Actual salary: £21,557 per annum**
**What do you need to be a successful Events and Schools Partnership Executive at Activate Learning?**

We are looking for someone with enthusiasm and a great team working ethic, with strong communication skills and the ability to deliver engaging and interactive presentations and group sessions.
- Experience of working in an educational environment or with young people is essential
- You will have excellent customer relationship skills
- Experience in an events or marketing role is desirable
- Good knowledge of the 14+ education environment is desirable - full training will be provided

There will be some travel within the role, so a clean driving license and use of a car is essential.

This post could suit an events or education partnerships specialist looking for a new area of development, or could be an excellent opportunity for a Teacher, Tutor, Youth Worker, or education support professional looking for a change in career path.
