We have an exciting new opportunity for a talented individual to join a creative consumer gift brand as their Creative Artworker This brand is hugely successful, supplying their beautiful Licensed and own branded gift products to several leading retailers such as Boots & Superdrug as well as worldwide.

Reporting to the Creative Director, you will be the company’s image and design file guardian. The role will involve ensuring artwork and designs are ready for print, as well as working closely with the sales teams to provide them with materials required for new product launches. You will also be involved in creating new concepts for both print and packaging towards the company’s constantly evolving design portfolio.

Ideally, you will have least 3+ years’ experience with working on retail products within graphics, a sharp understanding of packaging cutter guides, with fantastic Photoshop and illustrator skills. Most importantly, you will be happy to get stuck in and join a supportive, fast-paced, and creative company

**Duties for this Creative Artworker include**:

- Managing and owning all creative briefs to ensure all designs are ready for print
- Creating product and packaging visuals of new designs prior to launch
- Managing and keeping the design files up to date for the team
- Working closely with the sales teams, providing them with all sales materials required for new product launches and meetings
- Involvement in artwork proof sign offs to ensure artwork adhere to brand and style guidelines
- Liaising with factories to send and receive artworks including making any necessary amendments
- Staying up to date with current and upcoming trends to contribute towards design ideas
- Supporting to create and design products and packaging to customer’s briefs and company portfolio.
- Supporting the Creative Director and the Product team with any ad-hoc requests
- Keeping track of licensor approvals
- Keeping inhouse software up to date

**Skills & Experience required for this Creative Artworker**:

- Excellent experience in a similar role ideally within a wholesale environment
- A strong portfolio showcasing relevant experience and skills relating to the role
- Experience of working within the licensing industry, with knowledge of the approval platforms and processes is essential
- Advanced knowledge of CS Cloud software, particularly Illustrator
- Advanced knowledge of the full Adobe suite with the ability to translate and execute written briefs
- Comfortable liaising with factories to send and receive artworks in a timely fashion
- Ability to maintain a clear line of communication across all relevant departments
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced working environment
- Good time management to ensure deadlines are met and critical paths are maintained
- Great team player, willing to help other departments if needed
- Positive and enthusiastic demeanour

**Salary**: Up to £40,000.00 per year
