Junior Designer

Responsible for supporting the Senior Creative Designer in the production of graphic design, collateral and digital assets.

Driving consistent corporate identity in the design and layout of all design work in line with the brand blueprint

**Key Accountabilities**
- Assisting in the creation of all in-house design assets, artwork, branded collateral
- Working with the team, inline with design and campaign briefs, to create well rounded materials and assets for all 4 brands within Enra Specialist Finance
- Assist in the design and development of new multimedia content including videos, gifs, animated ads & web banners
- Brand ownership through design - drive consistent corporate identity in design and layout of all artwork in-line with brands
- Digital and image re-touching
- Assisting with the design of web assets for digital marketing
- Layout and produce print ready artwork when required
- Deliver quality photographic images for use in marketing communications and collateral
- Assisting with the creation of exhibition designs

**Skills & Competencies**
- Precise layout skills with an exceptional eye for detail
- Creative flair
- Proficient in both Mac and PC environments
- Good typographic skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple briefs at one time

**Knowledge & Qualifications**
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programmes, with emphasis on Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro/After Effects
- Demonstratable experience of making digital marketing assets including videos, gifs, and animated ads. (evidence required in portfolio)
- A degree or equivalent qualification in graphic design or minimum 1 year working experience
- Portfolio of work (required prior to interview)
