**THE ROLE**
Our office is expanding And with it, comes this exciting new opportunity for a part-time Office Assistant. We are looking for someone to work Monday to Friday (approx 20 hours per week). Responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of our Brighton office, you will love nothing more than running a tight ship and thrive on ensuring our work environment is a great place to be. You will have a positive and hands-on approach, always one step ahead and happy to turn your hand to whatever needs doing. Due to the nature of this role, it is an 'in-office' position.
**KEY RESPONSIBLITIES**:
- Open and set up of office each morning
- Maintaining all office equipment for smooth office functionality
- Resolve office-related issues and respond to ad-hoc requests (facilities)
- Managing office stock supplies and inventory, IT equipment, including weekly refreshment orders
- Opening, sorting and distribution of post, mail, and deliveries
- Receiving clients and visitors when they arrive and escorting them to respective meeting rooms
- Support with event organisation and office socials
- Set up of new starter accounts and welcome packs
- Responsible for organising all employee birthday, new baby and Sopro anniversary gifts/cards
- Health and safety management, including Fire Marshall duties and coordination of First Aiders
- Management of cleaners and office cleanliness
- Maintain office supplier and contact lists
- Book accommodation and travel requests for the senior management team
