We have a diverse traineeship programme, so a passion for making a difference to lives is essential, this will be achieved through delivering courses to remove barriers leading to sustained apprenticeships or job opportunities for the trainees.

You must to, hold a relevant teaching qualification, and be confident in delivering Functional Skills maths & English, Essential Digital Skills, Employability and vocational courses.

You will manage your own diary and work 37.5 hours a week. Being a rural county you must be comfortable with traveling in-between clients across Norfolk. During

**Requirements**:

- Assessing qualification - D32/33, A1, TAQA or equivalent
- Vocational background in the Health & Social Care industry an advantage with confidence to deliver targeted courses in retail.
- Be confident in the delivery of Functional Skills English and maths up to Level 2 and confidence in Digital Skills.
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car

You will receive 28 days annual leave per year, inclusive of bank holidays.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
