Iconic Resourcing HR are working with a growing business who are now looking to add an experienced HR Advisor to their team who will work alongside the Head of HR.
The HR Advisor will provide an effective and professional HR service covering the full generalist remit contributing to the delivery of the HR priorities and People & Culture strategy. Day to day you will work collaboratively with Managers across the business to support with their recruitment requirements, managing the full end to end process to include advertising and sourcing for as well as preparation of employment contracts and any other relevant onboarding correspondence. You will also support with the ongoing creation and maintenance of all job descriptions.
As well as this, you will assist with updating and maintaining all HR policies and procedures on the employee intranet, take responsibility for the leaver process and exit interviews, have responsibility for ER casework to include grievance, disciplinaries and appeals and assist with attendance and performance management issues to include OC health referrals. You will also own the processes for maternity, paternity, probation and referencing.
There will also be the opportunity to get involved in some project work to include benefit and pay review analysis, wellbeing and engagement initiatives and generally assisting with producing statistics, reports and collating data.
