**Job Title**: Junior Marketing & E-Commerce Assistant
**Location**: Hybrid (London)/ Remote

**The role**:
We are seeking a Marketing & E-Commerce Assistant to join our growing team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Digital Marketing Activities**:
○ Assist Marketing team with ongoing B2B and B2C marketing campaigns.
○ Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure seamless implementation of strategies.
- **E-commerce Management**:
○ Manage integrations between our e-commerce platforms.
○ Set up automations, schedules, and task management for efficient operations.
○ Manage coupon codes to optimise promotions and discounts.
○ Oversee general e-commerce management tasks.
- **Content and Community Management**:
○ Assist the Brand & Content Manager with scheduling content and monitoring activity.
○ Engage in community management on social media and review platforms.
○ Create & schedule content across social media platforms.
- **Customer Service Management**:
○ Handle customer service in our CS platform, responding to inquiries promptly.
○ Liaise with distributors, manage events and coordinate collateral with distributors.
○ Liaise with B2B customers, raising invoices and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Project and Research Activities**:
○ Learn how to manage projects effectively.
○ Conduct data analysis and research activities to inform marketing strategies.
- **Affiliate Program and Webinars**:
○ Play a key role in the set-up and management of our affiliate program.
○ Organise and assist with webinars on our webinar platform.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
○ Organise invoices and receipts and assist with note-taking in meetings.
○ Book tickets and travel arrangements as needed.
**Skills / Knowledge Required**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Passionate about digital marketing, social media and content
- Strong project management skills
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms (Shopify) and digital marketing tools (Klavyio and scheduling tools), experience with Google Analytics would be beneficial, but training can also be provided
- Knowledge of LinkedIn and Facebook, including running paid ad campaigns
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility and willingness to learn
- Interest/experience in health, wellness and nutrition is a plus
