A housing association based in Croydon are looking for a Data Manager to join their team. This is on an ongoing contract.
The main purpose of the role is to manage the core data of the Strategic Asset Management systems, ensuring data integrity, completeness and adherence to data governance to allow for accurate long-term financial planning, capital investment forecasting andidentification of investment needs.

Acting as the gatekeeper for APEX and ensuring the architecture is fit for purpose and is updated via SCS programmes and updates via completion of Capital works and other appropriate update routines.

Previous experience as a Data Manager, ideally will have worked on Asset Management systems previously.
