**Job Purpose**:This important role is office based and sits within Business Operations and the Central Team. This role will report to the Data Reporting Manager. The post holder will also work closely with the Head of Therapeutic Services. This role:

- Provides support to the Data Reporting Manager to ensure the monitoring & evaluation needs of the Charity are met.
- Provides administrative support to CDI’s Therapeutic Services, covering Community Counselling including Single Point of Contact (SPOC) administration as well as Counselling in Schools.
- Provides administrative support to CDI’s Advice & Rights Advocate where appropriate.
- Provides office support for the Charity.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. To be responsible for all CDI Community Counselling and Counselling in Schools data input onto the Charity’s Database.

2. To ensure all CDI Community Counselling and Counselling in Schools monitoring and evaluation requirements are met, and procedures are adhered to.

3. To ensure all data input is accurate and completed in a timely manner adhering to monthly and quarterly reporting deadlines.

4. To produce regular CDI Community Counselling and Counselling in Schools data reports to the Data Reporting Manager to ensure Commissioners and other funders’ deadlines are met.

5. To maintain the organisation of all CDI Community Counselling and Counselling in Schools records, under the supervision of the Data Reporting Manager, and the Head of Therapeutic Services.

6. To assist with the daily management of the appointments diary which includes direct contact to offer new appointments, sending appointment reminders and responding to incoming enquiries.

7. To be responsible for the regular monitoring, maintenance, and updates to the appointment diary ensuring this vital system is accurate and up to date.

8. To be responsible for all SPOC administration. This includes receiving referrals, completing data entry onto the Charity’s Database and monitoring spreadsheets. To produce regular SPOC data reports to the Data Reporting Manager when required.

9. To provide administrative support to the designated CDI SPOC worker under the supervision of the Data Reporting Manager, and the Head of Therapeutic Services.

10. To build and maintain relationships with CDI Service Leads and Administrators to fully understand the full range of CDI’s service delivery.

11. To assist with whole service data monitoring, evaluation and reporting to Commissioners and other funders when required.

12. To assist the Advice & Rights Advocate with administrative support, such as data input for new clients onto the Charity’s Database under the supervision of the Data Reporting Manager, and the Advice & Rights Advocate.

13. To maintain and update internal and external circulation lists ensuring they are accurate.

14. To act as an ambassador and representative of the Charity to help create a safe and welcoming environment when acting as first point of contact with visitors to CDI.

16. To provide support to the Business Operations and Central Team when required.

**Training and Development**
- To attend all mandatory and statutory training sessions as required by CDI.
- To identify Continuing Personal & Professional Development needs and pursue appropriate courses of training, in agreement with the post holder’s Line Manager.
- To attend and participate fully in line management and staff meetings.
- To participate in an annual Performance Appraisal.

**General**
- This is not an exhaustive list of duties and responsibilities, and the post holder may be required to undertake other duties which fall within the remit of the role in discussion with the post holder’s Line Manager.

- The post holder is responsible for ensuring that the work they undertake is conducted in a manner which is safe to themselves and others, and for adhering to the advice and instructions on Health and Safety matters given by Manager(s). If the post holder considers that a “risk” to Health and Safety exists, it is their responsibility to report this to their manager.
