As an Apprentice Patient Services Administrator, you will support our Patient Services Team with reception duties in a dynamic, fast-paced clinic setting. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive environment, gaining hands on experience whilst contributing to the high quality care we provide to our patients.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, greeting them with a friendly and professional demeanour. You will handle both in-person and phone enquiries, providing accurate information about our services and addressing any questions or concerns patients may have. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you perform various administrative tasks, such as booking patient appointments, data entry, and maintaining records.

A pro-active attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges will be key to your success in this role.

As part of your apprenticeship you will complete your Level 3 NVQ in Customer Services. You will receive mentorship and support from experienced professionals who will guide you as you develop your career. You may be asked to work at one, or more, of our hubs, however this can be discussed further at interview:

- Normanton Hub, Queen Street, Normanton, WF6 2BU.
- Wakefield Hub, 8 - 10 Providence Street, Wakefield, WF1 3BG.
- Pontefract Hub, 25 Market Place, Pontefract, WF8 1AG.
- Horbury Hub, Unit 4 Benton Office Park, Bennett Avenue, Horbury, WF4 5RA.

The core hours of cover required are between 07:30 - 20:30, Monday to Friday, and Saturdays between 08:00 - 18:00 on a shift pattern.

Contract length: 18 months

Pay: £18,720.00 per year
