AML Highland Ltd is now looking for an office administrator/customer service professional to join the team at the head offices in Inverness.

AML Highland provide Insurance Reinstatement Services within the Inverness and Aberdeen area where we deal with many management companies and private sector clients.

**Job Summary**

**Duties**:

- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in various databases
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain an orderly office environment by managing supplies and equipment
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
- Proficient in using computer software, particularly Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management

Training will be provided for our accounting system (Xero)/client portals.
