**Job Description**:
We're looking for an Officer, Private Wealth Support to join our Guernsey team.

You'll play a key role in our Private Wealth support team, you'll assist the team with providing support services to the Private Wealth Business in Guernsey with regard to all aspects of the client on-boarding and off-boarding processes and FATCA/CRS compliance and reporting.

**Main responsibilities**:

- You'll be actively involved in ensuring that FATCA and CRS reporting is collated and maintained up to date for all client entities
- You'll work closely with the Private Wealth Administration teams with regard to the completion of IRS FATCA forms and self-certificates for banks, brokers, etc.
- You'll ensure that required information for new clients is collated in a timely manner to support the new business acceptance process for presentation to the committee
- You will build and maintain effective working relationships with the wider Private Wealth business

Every day is a new challenge so you’ll need to be a team player at heart, with an eye for detail and great organisational skills so you are able to prioritise your day. Strong communication skills is also a must, with a curious mind to help us increase productivity, efficiencies and deliver the highest level of client service.

Another string to your bow will be to make sure we are compliant with applicable laws, service standards, company policies and procedures. You will need to use your own judgement to identify any risks or concerns and report them in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant industry experience is required
- Ideally studying towards or holds a relevant professional qualification
- Good awareness and understanding of local regulatory requirements
- Sound technical knowledge in AML legislation
