Legal Support Team Administrator

We're looking for an Administrator to join our Legal Support Team on a permanent basis, dealing with the daily input of disbursement invoices along with general administration support to all departments of the firm.
What will I be doing?
Accurate and timely data input of all disbursement invoices into our dedicated finance system, Aderant (Finance system).
Being the main point of contact for Fee Earners in relation to disbursement queries.
Ability to prioritise work according to urgency.
Excellent mailbox management.
- Provide clear communication in relation to work volumes to proactively manage expectation.
To provide support to other teams within LST when required.
To use all office equipment efficiently & competently.
To ensure the confidentiality of all the firm’s and client’s documentation and information in compliance with all DPA requirements.
What do I need?
This is a busy role, requiring a high level of accuracy and the ability to switch between tasks. We don't require any previous experience as full training will be given however, you will need to be a team player with an adaptable and self-motivated attitude
