**About the role**
Balfour Beatty Vinci has an exciting opportunity for a Head of Quality Delivery to join our team to work in Coleshill, Birmingham.

**Role Purpose**:
To ensure that the Company has a clearly defined and executed Quality strategy supported by appropriate policies, procedures with established, best practice Quality tools

**What you'll be doing**
- Benchmark and determine sector defining quality is, and through the business quality strategy, support the development and implementation to deliver this capability throughout the business
- Monitoring and report business performance relating to agreed Quality KPIs and Metrics and agree (and monitor) management actions to drive performance improvements
- Ensuring quality investigations and effective root cause analysis are undertaken
- Establish appropriate coaching and training collateral to improve quality skills across the business
- Provision of Quality related training to equip the business with the skills to drive improvements
- Interfacing with audit function to ensure business requirements are met
- Providing support to allow Management System Reviews to be successfully conducted
- Production of appropriate reports and management information
- Managing the Quality function; including competency, training and development needs

- Training and facilitation skills and experience
- A formal qualification in Quality Management
