Medequip is the leading provider of medical equipment services to local authorities and the NHS across the UK, delivering a wide range of equipment and support to people in their own homes, keeping people independent for longer.
**About the role**
As the Logistics Supervisor for Medequip Assistive Technology Ltd you will be an integral part of the leadership team in delivering excellence in quality and service for the North Yorkshire Integrated Equipment service on behalf of local NHS providers and North Yorkshire Council Social Care.
You will be responsible for delivering an effective and quality focused service through a team of technical colleagues (19 direct reports) in the field
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Delivery of Key Performance & Quality Indicators
- Effectively plan daily and weekly workloads
- Integration with Service & Warehouse Leadership on workload planning
- Identify effective and efficient improvements.
- Understand and manage end to end de brief processes.
- Review quality performance with Operations Support manager and deliver “better outcomes” project.
- Recruitment and onboarding of new team members
- Ensure enhanced team members (Enhanced TSE) are delivering correct onboarding and ongoing training.
- Supporting contract senior management team, Equivalent line managers and Field Colleagues in delivering patient focused service
