**We're Hiring: Warehouse Sortation Supervisor**

**Location**: James Nicholson Link, York, YO30 4WG
**Shift**: Monday - Friday | 03:00am - 11:30am
**Salary**: £33,000 per annum

Are you an experienced warehouse leader looking to take the next step in your career? We’re on the lookout for a **Warehouse Sortation Supervisor** to join our high-performing team at **InPost** in **York**.

You’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence across our early morning sortation shift, leading a dedicated team and ensuring parcels are processed quickly, safely, and efficiently.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- ** Lead daily operations**: Oversee all aspects of the warehouse shift, ensuring smooth and efficient parcel sortation and dispatch.
- **Drive performance**: Monitor KPIs, reduce operational costs, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- **Team leadership**: Motivate, coach, and manage a high-performing warehouse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- **Maintain standards**: Ensure compliance with company SOPs, health & safety regulations, and sortation quality standards.
- **Collaborate across teams**: Work closely with drivers and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and handovers.
- **Support strategic goals**: Join weekend conference calls to share updates, provide insights, and stay aligned with wider operational objectives.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous supervisory experience in a **warehouse, parcel sortation, or logistics environment**:

- Strong understanding of **automated sortation systems** and warehouse flow
- Proven ability to **lead and develop teams** in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Confidence using **WMS and other operational tech systems**:

- A proactive, hands-on approach and a passion for operational excellence
