**WHAT TO EXPECT**

As an innovation leader, we look for an ambitious, forward-thinking, open-minded, and well-rounded individual to join our team. **Working full-time in our Dumfries manufacturing facility **you will report to the Production Manager. Your primary responsibility is to direct, motivate and co-ordinate within our warehouse and production operations for a team of approx. 30 employees. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics.

The job will involve:

- Ensure compliance in all Health & Safety policies and procedures in COSHH.
- To comply in line with BSI standards, through consensus, independent, robust, and expert best practices that enhance innovation, productivity, sustainability, and safety.
- Coordinating the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- The Co-ordinator will assist with the commissioning of new equipment / processes as required and identify areas for improvement to Department Manager.
- Ensure all packaging requirements are adhered to and they meet customer specification.
- Day to day responsibility for people management of your teams.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Held a similar supervisory role within a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
- 3+ years of warehouse distribution experience, preferably in a managerial role.
- Experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
