We are recruiting on behalf of our client, who is looking for **Customer Service Advisor** to join their team for an ongoing contract.

**_Start Date: ASAP_**

**_Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday between 08:00am - 18:00pm_**

**_Pay Rate: £10.00 per hour_**

**Purpose of the Role**:
To provide front of house services to users of the Enterprise Centre and support / cover the Enterprise Support Officer who acts as the centre’s Facilities Manager / General Manager.

The role will also contribute to the general day-to-day support / administration / financial support within the Council’s Growth & Development Division; as required.

**Main Duties**:

- To provide a welcoming and efficient front-of-house/reception service to members of the public, tenants and staff in accordance with agreed customer service standards.
- To deliver a customer focused service, which includes:

- dealing with general enquiries from the public regarding the Enterprise Centre and SMBC support offered to businesses; being the first point of contact for tenants; welcoming visitors to the centreand ensuring that they have signed in and notifying tenants that their visitors have arrived; supporting Co-Working Hub users; and supporting events.
- Clerical Duties - including helping to arrange meetings and local business events, taking notes and helping to prepare papers, meeting room bookings, filing, photocopying, internal post distribution, assisting in the production of financial monitoring information,ordering of repairs, dealing with partners, contractors, hirers & other clerical duties; as required.
- Deputise for Enterprise Support Officer; as required.
- To use a number of different computerised information systems in the delivery of an efficient support service e.g. room booking system, CRM system, purchase of goods and services, placing orders, monitoring expenditure and liaising with staff and suppliers.
- To deal with distressed and/or vulnerable customers in a supportive and professional manner.
- To work closely with operational managers to ensure that buildings are maintained in a Health & Safety compliant manner including participation in fire evacuation procedures in accordance with the Fire Regulations.
- To undertake any other duties commensurate with the grade of the post.
